I also felt that the lady who went through my books was very impersonal and not very friendly, so I was glad not to sell them any books as I would rather take them somewhere else, where hopefully they will nicer to deal with. Don't they know that books are like our old friends, and selling them is sometimes necessary, but we are going to part ways with items belonging to family members, and our own book friends which carries some emotional loss?
